I'd love to join this challenge if I may. My goal is to be down 100 lbs by my birthday next year on January 30th. I started LCing on February 3, 2009, and thus far I'm down 37.6 lbs. So, I've got a long way to go. I'd love to be able to give and receive support from others who are facing the same challenges I am. So, count me in!

Welcome Fauna, I added you to the spreadsheet.

If you're posting an update you want added to the spreadsheet, please include your actual current weight #, because that's the only thing I'm updating.

Good Job all, I'm hoping my patience will outlast this mini stall for me.

Fauna, start up a journal and use the My Plan or log your meals, It helps. then we could also subscribe to your journal and check in on you from time to time

How do we subscribe to someone's journal?
Will this give us an email when there is an update?

I'm down to 292 today. I gave up the almond flour muffins. I don't know if it's getting off the almonds or the artificial sweetener that got things going again. Or maybe it was just persistence.

Well, today is my mid-week weigh-in, and I'm happy to report a two pound loss! I think the added knee-lifts (along w/ some other added exercises and LOTS of water) are definitely helping! Congratulations, Allison, on your loss this week. Way to go!

Current weight: 382

JT, just think, though---you've been exercising more! It might take your body a few days to adjust to that. Keep on marching, and I know you'll turn it around!

Technically, today is not an official weigh-in day for me. But I've been hovering around 40 lbs lost for a while now, and I just could not resist the scales this morning!
