Walked and ran on new treadmill - playing around with
programs and options for about an hour.

I have acess to an eliptical, and dumbells/weightballs.

I have a gym log as well, Its called Run Callie Run!

Treadmill - iFit program w/running for 30 minutes then a 10 minute 4mph uphill walk - incline ranging from 1-10%.

Treadmill - about 50 minutes - various 4 miles of walking and running, some HIITS and some inclines.

Thursday October 22nd

Treadmill - Walked 1 mile at 4mph gradual incline to 10%.
Then jogged 1 mile - switching between 5mph & 6mph every 1/4 mile.
Then walked 1 mile at 4mph gradual incline to 10%.
Then jogged 1 mile - again switching between 5mph & 6mph every 1/4 mile.

185 pushups.
