Woo! Looks like you've lost some body fat & gained some muscle for sure! Your legs have definitely transformed a LOT from your last pics, and- what's that I see??? A really good booty seems to have suddenly manifested on your person!!!

Thanks ladies!!! I am very happy with my legs improvements!!! I have been working out very hard my quads, my hamstrings and my glutes and the hard work is paying off!!

jajajjaaj and as Lenna said my booty is looking much better than before!!

Deb of course I will take some pics of my upper body!!! I am waiting for your progress pics too!!

Deb, you are HOT! You are GORGEOUS! I am totally & completely serious.

To be honest with you, I must have taken 550 pics, trying to get ONE that looked decent.... (Why do you think my legs are covered in my pics? becuse they're gross, that's why!) We have the exact same body type, ya' know- smaller on top, bigger on the bottom, (and it's extremely difficult for us to get rid of that pesky layer of lower-body fat, even though we have loads of muscle underneath it.)

I guess I'm going to have to make a vow right now that I'll take my next progress pics wearing shorts, (OMG!!!) in order to shame myself into actually working really hard on my diet (or should I say "eating") over the next few months. I want to GET. RID. OF. THIS. THIGH FAT!!!!!!!!!!!! DANG IT!!! ARRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!

LOL...yes, you can say that. I think I may have regressed, actually. I'm considering going back to another training plan, as much as I HATE the thoughts of it.

I don't know if the last pics where taken at a different angle or what but I really notice a change specially in your legs!!!

I think that they look leaner now than they looked in march....it doesn't matter that your weight hasn't changed a lot, but your legs are really getting rid!!! I can't see any cellulite!!!

About your upper body I can't say anything different than: I feel ENVY!!! your arms, shoulders and back are just perfect!!! you have a very well defined V shape!!!

I thought that I was the only one who take lost of pics before deciding which ones post!!!! jajajajjaja

Nope, I took 500 or 600 of them. (OK, maybe I only took one or two hundred, but still....)

Thank-you Any. Some days I think my legs are looking better, other days...not so much. Y'all know how that goes.

As far as taking lots of pictures...it is nice to know everyone takes a lot of them and then finds a few they aren't too embarrassed to post. There's always something that makes the picture a reject. Trying to flex everything and not letting it show on your face is hard to do. One reason I'm usually looking away. And when you're done, you feel like you just had a work-out. *whew!*

And the mirror is ALWAYS kinder than the camera. That's frustrating too.

Getting good flexing pictures is so hard. I was so worn out after the last time I had DH help me, and so frustrated! Yeah, it's hard to smile instead of snarl when flexing, which sometimes isn't the most flattering expression one could manifest....

Turning my head away from the camera while flexing is the only way I can get pics which don't make me look constipated...
