I couldn't break 245 for anything (even with atkins 72), so for the last month I have been trying something different. I increased my calories to what should be my BMR according to calculations on the web. So far I am up, maybe some of it is water weight from the increased carbs that came along with this and that's okay, it's just water balance. Celery and broccoli can't be responsible for packing on fat! I am eating just veggies and some low sugar fruit with my protein. NO grains, potatoes and the like. Moderate fat, rarely have any cheese or cream or bacon. I may just need to reduce the calories now, and maybe the protein. Maybe I just needed this break. Thinking on what to do next month.
