In one of the Protein Power books, the Eades talk about how while you are in the process of losing weight or your body is adjusting to the diet, your numbers can fluctuate quite a bit.

I agree with you Liz about the dubiousness of "preventative medicine." I've even been procrastinating a well woman exam because all of those systems are functioning normally, and I honestly don't think there's much they can tell me beyond the standard medical scare tactics and disbelieving looks when I say, "yes really, two or three days."
