Hmmmmmm, with the combination of the product of the fight or flight reflex (adrenaline and norepinephron) and the trigger of the glucagon on the leptin...about 10g per gasp!

Nah, I'm BSing, but it was funny (ok, only to me...)

Don't forget to count the calories burned with the *gasp* with the calories burned from the accompanying stinging eyes and trembling lip!

Well - it's obviously one of those exponentially increasing figures BUT ... it's only calories - not carbs, so gasps (even double-gasps) are totally useless to carb-counters! Sorry ladies - they only make you hungrier (much like any other type of exercise!)

Greetings from the middle of a snow storm in beautiful downtown Lloydminster! The first day of the antique show here was busier than we expected - over 1,000 attendees in the arena where the ice just came out last week and the temps were hovering around zero (that's inside, outside was closer to -20 with the wind-chill!) all day. My cozy, warm, winter parka didn't come off for more than a half-hour all day - the only warm spot was the restrooms although it did get a little more comfortable when the crowd was biggest - body-heat does help!!

Dinner on the 22nd sounds super! Glenda

Well, my dears, I know that this coming Saturday I am not scheduled for anything, and there's always the Saturday Afternoon Market in the Park, over there on beautiful Saltspring.

I can get 5 in my vehicle including driver...

Well, poop.

I've got one of those mastermind schedulers at work in the background who doesn't let the schedulees know what the plans are until they need confirmation or some such, including moving forward all estimated start dates by 4 full work days! Can you tell I'm almost spitting with irritation?

I won't know until tomorrow sometime, but if I AM still available Saturday, I WILL be going to SaltSpring -- just to be difficult and also because I ADORE a good market...I'll post as soon as I know...I MAY be driving to Campbell River tomorrow night instead...crap.

ps: the hubby does that trip for business quite regularly and gets home in the afternoon...maybe the SO's DD's BD party is in the evening? Or art thou co-opted to manage the affair, dear Julie?
