Cleo, That BLT looks divine. Come on summer tomatoes. How about starting a lc magazine and filling it with photos like that. I believe you could bypass WW in 15 minutes with photos like that one. I'm with MissMary, I literally salivated at the pic. Thanks for bringing this amazing product back to life!

Sbear-- that sounds good~! I wonder if adding a little ThickenThin/NotStarch would matter? I'm tempted to try it.

I did buy some small cake pans and they really made some gorgeous buns!

These are 4.5" across and are nonstick and amazing! There are 3 per package and I found them at Target and King Sooper. They are $4.50 or so for 3, but for 6 for $9 that's still a better deal than the muffin top pans. And, if you're limited for space, you can stack these!

I place them on a cookie sheet (a jelly roll pan would be better--they slip!)

Cooling on a rack. They're really a good-sized bun.

Home made sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an oopsie. The bun is big... 4.5" across and thick, too! It held up very well!

OMG, thanks for posting this! I love oopsies but usually use a muffin tray to make them otherwise, they come out like pancakes. So my finished product is more like "small dinner rolls" size. Just sent dh to Target to get some small cake pans! Looking forward to actually making a real life sandwich! Like that BLT...

A variation of the original Revolution Rolls that Dr Atkins gave the recipe for, but with double the amount of cream cheese in it.

I accidentally tripled the cream cheese. An ounce is like 3 Tbsp.

The recipe I used called for 3 Tbsp. I accidentally added 3 ounces. A way for me to hold my food in my hands was then born.

And all was good. Because I was hungry.

2bflawless-- a lot of folks use muffin top pans, but I'm a person with less kitchen space, so the pans stack the way I like them to. They might also be less expensive, depending on how many spots are on a muffin top pan.

They(muffin top pans) are great but oopsies come out too small to make a real sandwhich. I need a "MANWICH" size sandwich.

So keep the original recipe the same, just use only 3tbsp....?

The Wilton pans are 4 1/4" across the smallest part and then get more wide.

Thank you, Anne! Mary had me cracking up with her comment. I know I need to make some more. It would have kept me on track last night.

An ounce is 2T, so the oopsies have double the cream cheese.

Personally, oopsies are too tempting. I make mine with 1.5T mayo instead of the cream cheese. They look just the same.

Really? I measured 3 Tbsp per ounce (per line on the cream cheese foil). You guys probably weigh things. Sheesh.

Hi Cleo. Again you do it! I'm on my way to Target for the tins! What a good idea. Maybe then I will get one that looks like a bun. I always have them turn out more like pancakes. The whites are so stiff you could sew with them! And they hold together well but then seem to melt baking.
I made cheese danish out of mine and they were really good.
cream cheese, some lemon juice and splenda whipped and plopped into the middle before baking and sprinkle some splenda on top. They taste wonderful heated in the mic !
**I read about using MAYO to have them taste more like bread... how much? Would like to give that a try

I haven't tried using mayonnaise. Maybe you could try going halvsies on mayo and cream cheese for the first run (1.5 oz of each).
