This however isn't one...it's just constant throb, this morning though I felt completely gaggy.
Just sent supervisor an email requesting I be able to go home if there is someone available to fill me spot. God, I hope so. Still waiting to hear back from Dr D.
Oh, and if one more person kiddingly asks me if I'm pregnant, I'll fucking punch them.

I dont barf, but I get extremely nauseas, so much so that I retch sometimes, but dont actually barf.
I feel gaggy every monring, though. I always have.
I'm sorry you feel so bad
Penni, I dont know what I am going to do. But I am good for two weeks, dont lose any weight, get frustrated, fall off the wagon, go back on. I am just yoyoing bad.
And I know I cant expect to lose weight if I keep falling off the plan but I need something I can stick to. This isnt clicking for me right now so I need to do something different.
I might just go my own way....eating healthy fats, lowish but good carbs, etc. More like an advanced owl type menu. I'm willing to trade slower losses with something I can stick to, as long as the scale at least moves somewhat.
I dunno wtf to do.
