Manda- ever taken Midrin? Works for vascular headaches & it's not a narcotic. My doc said I could take 1 and still work, 2 might be too much to take. There's tylenol & something that is a vasodilator in it.

OK guys, I'm going for a while. I have cleaning to do, AS USUAL.
Laundry, that shit never stops. Dishes, a whole sink full.
Picking up toys all over the house. sweeping and mopping.
*grabs bleach*
*looks around*
*starts cleaning*

Be back on a little later.

This however isn't one...it's just constant throb, this morning though I felt completely gaggy.

Just sent supervisor an email requesting I be able to go home if there is someone available to fill me spot. God, I hope so. Still waiting to hear back from Dr D.

Oh, and if one more person kiddingly asks me if I'm pregnant, I'll fucking punch them.

I dont barf, but I get extremely nauseas, so much so that I retch sometimes, but dont actually barf.

I feel gaggy every monring, though. I always have.

I'm sorry you feel so bad

Penni, I dont know what I am going to do. But I am good for two weeks, dont lose any weight, get frustrated, fall off the wagon, go back on. I am just yoyoing bad.

And I know I cant expect to lose weight if I keep falling off the plan but I need something I can stick to. This isnt clicking for me right now so I need to do something different.

I might just go my own way....eating healthy fats, lowish but good carbs, etc. More like an advanced owl type menu. I'm willing to trade slower losses with something I can stick to, as long as the scale at least moves somewhat.

I dunno wtf to do.

k, you might want to look at your diet, too, manda... is there something causing it? a dye? caffeine? msg?

gotta tell you one trick i do (tylenol NEVER works for me and only extra strength--the gold one--liqui-gels Advil work) HOWEVER, when they don't work I pop some regular old aspirin. Opens up the veins.

Not on a migraine though. this is just for headaches. I get the whole aura thing and barfing. Had my migraines charted in my brain and all that. since my bp is under control, no more migraines, but if the weather changes BOOM I get a bad headache.
If my bp goes up: headache
eat too much sodium: headache
not enough caffeine/too much caffeine: headache
exercise can bring it on too.
lack of sleep (Uh ya Manda)

k, this post just made Manda's headache worse.

No lack of sleep lately, Saturday night went to bed at 10, Sunday at 7, and last night at 9. No change in diet otherwise...might be the weather.

Whatever the hell it is, it's got to go away.

But yes, that did make it worse

yep, works well. I might suggest that you take two of them since you've had it for a while. Two will dilate your pupils and knock you out, though. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I was hoping you'd get some time just to chill. Nothing wrong with her staying at DC, you wouldn't be any fun for her with a raging headache, or being knocked out.

Set your alarm to go get her, though!!

Hi Jen. Screaming baby over here. Can't figure out what he wants, but I think he wants to nurse and fall asleep, then have it available at all times. Not going to happen. No way I can hang out all day holding and feeding a baby for hours on end.

We missed you yesterday.

Thanks, I missed you guys too.

If you thought I was off eating cake, you were wrong. It was ice cream. I suck.

I stayed home yesterday because both babies were sick and needed to go to the doctor. DS1 has 2 ear infections and a cold. Baby has a cold. I am at work today but I can still hear the crying, crying, crying in my head.

I'm so bummed about not knowing what to eat; I'm not eating!

Don't think I could give up lc at all though as I'd miss cheese and yummy fats more than I miss pasta and apples.

I'm confused.

Trying to catch up....Nicole I am with you, I don't know wtf either.

I think I'm going to try this Diet Cure thing. Good book. About half of the supplements it told me to take are things I have already taken in the past and liked. If I have time I'm going to order them today. They didn't have them at Walmart or CVS and I really don't feel like going to GNC and having some musclebound assface say "what you taking that for?" and then try to sell me some Slimquick or some shit like that.
