The only thing my DD thought we should do is be there is she asked for help.

I felt a bit uneasy for the last couple of days, cuz what if this girl gets an overdose by mistake and I didn’t tell her parents about it!! Anyway, today my DD comes back to me and tells me that her parents found out, apparently they installed one of those internet spy software that records her msn and other internet activities, and they found out she was trying out drugs… I had a big sigh of relief, now that her parents know they should be able to do whatever they think is best for their daughter, my DD’s friend doesn’t know I know and her parents don’t know I knew anything.

I'm so glad you did this!!! Your dd will come to you about everything now because she can trust you. You did great! phew!

OMG...just drew a 4 month old, and this rarely happens, but I almost cried.

Poor baby is so cute, and was so mad. When I was done his mom scooped him up to cuddle and he completely buried his head in her shoulder/elbow area and just sighed. I'm such a meanie.

Manda- Poor baby, but I bet he's forgotten about it now. Too bad he's too little to care about a sticker. BTW, the last time I got a lab draw, they gave me a sticker and one for Lucy, too!! Lucy really, really wanted me to wear it, so I did.

Sandy-that's good news about your dd's friend. Hopefully she will get the help she needs, and I'm sure your dd feels a bit relieved, too.

Nicole-I'm glad you got to go home! I have a question, sorry to pry, but you pay rent AND you can't lock your room, but your step mom locks her room?? You must definitely be more patient than me.

Liz- I hope WW core works for you. good luck with it.

Quail- where are you? Did you do the onion, brown sugar thing?

I'm also posting from home, but if everyone else hates you, I guess I do, too.

What ever are you going to do with yourself with all your free time?

I've not been overly productive, myself lately!

Seriously-is there ever any time when we don't have laundry? Everyone I know always has some to do.

HOLY CRAP...

Just walked into the breakroom to refill my tea, and there is a HUUUGGGGEEEEE gourmet chocolate "slab" in there. Complete with a "hammer" to break peices off! And, an edible fruit bouquet thing.

I could smell the chocolate the minute I walked into the breakroom. DAMN THE HOLIDAYS!!!
