I think m&e takes alot of the counting and guess work out of it, and eating out is easier by just eating the meat part of an entree. no cravings and energy is the great instant result right along with the weight loss..I love m&e....3.5 pounds in 4 days is fabulous port!!! although my scale is slowing down, I'm still losing inches...I'll take that!!

PortCop, thanks for listing what you eat in a day. It helps me plan my eating. I was looking for the long Meat and Egg thread that used to be in this forum, but haven't found it.

Hello, I lost 6lbs in 4days on M&E but havent lost any more in the last 2/3 days. TOM is around, do you think thats the reason why I havent lost for 2 days now. Im working out very consistantly with 30-40 mins of cardio and weights for 15-20 mins. I eat 2 HB eggs at breakfast, chicken leg and thigh for lunch and 2 burgers wrapped in lettuce at dinner. No drinks or coffee, just lots of water. What can I be doing wrong? Should I go back to 20gm and then try again next week?

Eggs really suppress my appetite and cravings. I try to have eggs at least once a day.

I need some advice! I have been doing the Meat and eggs thing this week to get me past 170. I have been using my PLAN to keep track and basically doing everything right, I think. But after 3 days, I have gained a half a pound! How is that possible. I really don't know what to do now. Should I stick to it at least a week? I am so confused.

My meals are consisting of:
B: 2 eggs and 1 patty of sausage, ooffee with cream
S: hard boiled egg
L: Egg with Tuna and Mayo
S. Hard boiled egg
D: Chicken breast with a small lettuce salad.
I am drinking TONS of water. I am also excercising 30 min a night.

What am I doing wrong???

Thanks Port and Jules, I have started losing again. Im down to 201lbs. I upped my cardio to 1 hour and kept my weight training the same. Im just trying to get to 199.99 and be uncer 200lbs for a change. Im starting to see changes in my clothes though and can now wear my size 14 jeans and pants. I had a size 16 jacket that I had just bought and it was too tight, I tried it yesterday and now its too big. It still has the tags on it.LOL

Thanks guys for the support. Hang in there Dfrost, I know how you feel, keep checking your measuring tape and forget the scale for a few days. Maybe up your cardio too by a few minutes.

I really don't know what I am doing I guess. I was just trying to cut my carbs and calories low enough to lose some weight. Tell me what I need to do and I will do it! I will try to cut my protien to 100 and increase my fat. I see people listing whipping cream like a meal, how do you eat that stuff straight? How else can I get my fat up? Thanks for any advice.
