Thanks for the tips! I thought those eggs looked basted, which is how I grew up making them, but I don't use enough grease in the skillet, I guess. I also cook them on a pretty high heat because they can take so long! I usually make them over easy and dh and ds like the yolks broken when I first put them in the pan. Weird.

Properly greased pan...start on high...wait until the whites firm up...flip and turn OFF the heat...and even remove from heat too. You can add a lid if you want to keep the moisture in. And doing it this way only takes a couple of minutes!

Speaking of which I think I need to go make some right now LOL

I went to the dr today for another checkup (I last went in June, which is what promted me to get serious about weight loss.)

I'm down 14 lbs on her scale (with clothes on and after having eaten breakfast) and my blood pressure is now completely normal! I don't know the results of my liver enzymes yet, nor have I had the liver ultrasound done again.
