Did my UBWO & cardio yesterday, total of 75 minutes. I pulled a muscle on my upper back near my shoulder. Told hubby to give me a vigorous massage there and I was pretty sore this morning.
Didn't feel like doing my workout today so I skipped it. I was thinking next week I'll switch to 60 min. workouts and rotate the following week back to 75 min. Don't know what happened to me this week, pretty tired. I guess I need more sleep, or maybe it was just TOM.

Did 30 min of my kickboxing dvd with ankle weights on and the rest was leg work, abs, some arm toning and cardio. My upper back is all better so I'm ready for this weeks workouts!

LBWO & Cardio: 65 min.

Was really fighting the lazy/tired monster today. Wasn't going to exercise but in the afternoon got some energy and decided to go for it. Lots of interruptions by my toddler, but whatcha gonna do, right?

Total body workout: 60 min

Did I mention before that I love Gin Miller of Step Reebok? She always kicks my butt!!! That was my workout today. I dusted off my stepper and did 60 min of it. I should do it more often.

Step Aerobics & LBWO w/ankle weights: 70 min total

Didn't exercise on the weekend. Was feeling weak and blah so I didn't force myself. But I'm back in for this week and I'm striving for 5 days of workouts this week!
Today's workout was Step aerobics w/weights and running. It was an awesome workout, feeling good and relaxed now!

Step Aerobics w/weights, upper body toning, running: 65 min total

Step Aerobics w/ankle weights, LBWO with lots of leg work!: 60 min.

Was seriously considering skipping my workout because I'm bloated and feeling very FAT and slow. But I reminded myself that my goal this week is to make 5 days of workouts. So I turned on Fit Tv to get inspired by the fit and trim people working out, and it worked cuz I had an awesome workout!

Only did 25 min of weights for upper body. But I did some walking while shopping for 3 hrs or so. (walked to & from my house to the shopping area nearby which is a 40 min walk)

I was supposed to workout today, but....BIG PMS SLUMP. Feeling so tired and out of it, so decided t chill today. But tomorrow I'll rock it out!

Didn't get the chance to workout yesterday, but I went shopping and walked alot, if that counts for anything.
Made it through to today's workout but still not feeling my best this week because of the bloatedness and all the other stuff that pms brings. Partly my fault for not watching my salt intake this month!

I had company stay over last night so I didn't workout but we took the kids to the park and walked, walked, walked. I'm pooped.

Busy running around preparing for vacation. Leaving Thursday morning. I'm going to keep track of my activities and workouts (that should keep me from getting lazy) and write them down and when I get back I'll post them here. Have a great July everyone!!!!!

Well, got back from vacation on Tuesday. Vacation was great. Didn't get to exercise at all cuz we went out everyday from morning, rushed home in the afternoon. then went back out in the evening! LOL! Can you say exhausted??? Gained 2 pounds because I fell off the wagon. But thank God I'm back and I'm ready to kick butt again! Well, almost ready. TOM has finally arrived, so I'm thinking I'll start fresh Monday morning.
