Just a general menu guideline ...

Fat-flushers are allowed daily :
- 8 oz lean meat, fish or poultry
- and .. up to 2 whole eggs, preferably organic or free-range
- and .. up to 20g whey protein isolate, without artificial sweetener (plain or with stevia)

Allowed vegetables and low-GI fruits are permitted, as per the book, nonetheless, proteins and flax oil are essential in the specified amounts, in order to be successful and in order to assure good health while losing weight.

This is such a wonderful thread. I will definitely be gleaning information from it.

Just an idea: Maybe the contributors could post which phase their menus are from, so the unexperienced can follow better.

Good going, Foxie!

Thanks Doreen. Basically, I am assuming that anyone who wishes to follow this plan should have read the book first.
This is merely a guide for people who are embarking on the plan and want ideas for food.
I desided to put this thread on here because when I first started out on it, it was something I could have done with.

Here's my menu for today:

PB: Lime water
B: Salad with chicken, one duck egg and tomato flax oil dressing
S: a duck egg
L: Strawberry Smoothie
S: 3 olives and an orange
D: Hamburger with salad

Cran water 50 floz normal water 25floz

A brilliant tip which I wish WISH I had been told before starting, is Flax oil dressing. It's an absolute MUST. If you're craving the 'tastes' then this will fix everything.
I use two or three varieties and pretty much dump it on anything to give my food some flavour....recipes are simple and you can adapt anything to make a recipe for it - you chose what goes in!

Flax oil 'Ketchup'

Flax oil
Cider Vinegar
Tomato puree (double concentrated if you can find it)
Put it all in a jar, shake it up - hey presto a brilliant tomato ketchup

Coriander salad dressing

chopped coriander
flax oil
cider vinegar

Spicy Thai Dressing

Jalapeno peppers* if you want them
Garlic chopped finely
Flax Oil
a teaspoon of cider vinegar**
Finely chopped coriander
Stevia to taste

* Jalapenos are the only chili AnnLouise recommends on her plan for it's thermogenic properties
** Cider vinegar is the only vinegar you can use

These are delicious and an absolute life saver!

I have put them with every salad and over fish, meat etc etc for the past two weeks.

I blended one cup chopped, cored red apples (I left the peel on) with a cup or so of cranwater and a dash of cinnamon, cloves, 1 tbsp FSO, and stevia. The water and apples were cold.

Of course if someone wants their protein powder in the smoothie, they can do that.

Anyone who eats brussel sprouts as a snack is just plain brave, imo. (Or possibly slightly insane)

Good thread. I might get round to adding to it if my stomach ever recovers...

How
... follow the rules.

Result... hopefully cleansing of the liver allowing you to burn fat efficiently!

Health
... very healthy. Disgustingly so.

Flax oil
available at all decent health stores. Make sure it's been refrigerated when you buy it.

Lemon water... hot water in a mug, with half a lemon or lime if you prefer, squeezed in.

Cranberry juice
... the real stuff from a health store. No added sugar, no artificial anything. No Oceanspray. Or you can make your own out of cranberries and water....

Cran water
- dilute one cup juice into 64 oz water ... sip all day long

Not carb free but once diluted, it's low. That's not the point though.. you need the crans to help 'flush' the system and give health benefit to liver.

For the rest, have a read through all these links and perhaps you should check the book out of the library if you like the look of it all:

Thank you Annabel

If you really want to embark on a new plan then you really should buy the book. Take a look at the links Annabel has given, and deside if it's for you. If you think it might be, then buy the book, it's virtually impossible to do without it
Good luck!

Fat Flush Day 23 - weight this AM 197

PB: Lemon Water, LLC
B: Eggs with cayen pepper and sauteed cabbage
S: Strawberry and orange smoothie
L: Chicken salad with peppers and onions
S: 3oz prawns, 8 cherry tomatoes
D: Chicken fillets in a cherry tomato sauce. (Spiced with Garlic, Ginger, Cayenne and Fresh Coriander*)

Water 45 floz normal water 25floz cran water

*This was SO yummy! Very spicy, but you could leave the cayenne out if you wanted to. The cherry tomatoes all burst and let out a beautifully sweet intense flavour, it was definately a double yummer!!
