I love these...but..they seem to stall me ( eating one or two a day ) Anyone else have this issue?

Best way I made them....with garlic powder, minced onion ( dried ), and about 1/8 cup parmasean cheese ( but I couldn't taste the cheese so next time wil leave it out ) -- tasted like an onion roll!!!!

What is the exact recipe you are using? It could be you have a sensitivity to dairy, especially if you are using cottage cheese instead of cream cheese.

It also depends on what you call a stall and how many times you've noticed the reaction. Weight loss often happens in spurts naturally. It could be something completely unrelated to the rolls, including what you are putting inside or on the rolls. It could also be just natural cycles.

I make mine in a muffin top pan and they come out nicely shaped and uniform.

I make them with cream cheese. Could be anything -- I don't lose any weight when I eat these. So this week, I am not eating any. AND I have not lost any weight LOL.

Hi, I took a peek at your journal when you said they stall you. I wanted to see if you'd posted your food log.

I think there are a few things on your menu that stall me. The peanut cluster thingys and sausage. I was worried because I love the rev rolls and hoped it might be something else you had... that's all... didn't mean to pry!

Yeah, the peanut things might be the problem, but if you'd like to keep making the rolls, try the recipe that uses mayo instead of cheese. I find that I like those even better-- they're fluffier.

Just replace the 3 TBS cream cheese with mayo.

Beside being near tasteless they will have a faint flavor from either the garlic powder or the onion powder you added in the yolks.

I like the one made with mayo better as well, and they turned out prettier-looking that the cream cheese kind!
