I'm just indulging in some "what about me" self pity for a bit. Kids are SUPPOSED to grow up and go off to have adventures. Moms are supposed to nod and smile a lot and never say "I told you so" if they fall on their face.

She's had the bad, and she really deserves something wonderful.

I just need to rethink everything we planned and everything I counted on when I moved clear across the state without knowing a soul but her here.
