See my post on fiber above. Again I say that a product made from something that HAS carbs (regardless of how few) can not be carb free. It just can't. You may wish to believe it is carb free, but that just doesn't make it so!

the sure fire way to find out is to look at the nutritional information on the label and put it through the hidden carb calculator. the nutritional information does not seem to be available through the website, just ordering options. i did recently do a comparison on adams, laura scudders, carb options, and store brand at the store, and the only one that came out to less than 4 carbs per serving (i believe 2 tbls.) was the skippy carb options at 3 carbs per serving. the other three brands, laura scudders, adams, and raley's everyday, were 4 carbs per serving. the difference is so slight in terms of carbs that it hardly matters anyway.
