The kids were out of school today. Thought I might skip walking today, but ended up doing it anyway. The boys spent the afternoon with Grandpa and Lauren (15) walked part of the way with me. Her Grandmother picked her up about 3 miles in so she could go to a academic workshop. She missed out on doing the big hill with me. She hates that part.

I'm at 14244 steps now, but will probably put in another 2000 before the day is over.

Nathan (14) and I spent part of the afternoon with my dad working on our bikes. My dad collects them and we ride them. Actually I hadn't been on a bike in a couple years. Rode a couple different ones this afternoon. I'm hoping to be able to ride regular by this Fall. Gotta lose a little more weight first. We've got some great local bike trails that would be fun to ride.

I hope everyone had a good Monday!!

I got my walk in...in the woods that is. I posted pics in my J. Wore my butt out! Wearing dh's size 12 mud boots...I'm a 7! My thighs were killing me by the time we got back. My ped. said I walked .7 mile and burned 90 calories. Not sure how accurate that is. It was really enjoyable and my boys loved me walking with them. Course, our dog kept leaving us! I will have to do that more often! I still plan on doing pilates later.

Later ladies!

That's awesome Nicky!

You're walkin' quite a lot!

We want bikes to so we can ride with son..He loves his bike!

I'm hopin' we'll have some income tax money left for bikes.

~~~
Hope you got in everything you wanted Kim!
***
I Walked Briskly- 1.57 ml/Burned 98 Cals./3,688 Steps
No pilates bc I was runnin' late bc Wal*Mart was a nightmare!
Then, we had unexpected company..{I just don't handle that well!}
Must be the OCD/ADHD?
Plus, I'm in the process of induction still and everything needs ta be planned to the T bc it's so time consuming!
Any hick-ups and things get out of wack..
***
Decided NOT to get the slim in 6 package bc Wal*Mart has an entire series with Denise Austin! {I just love her!}
I'll pick one up once I start to get bored with one, or just need a change.
It's a "dance" series which is so great for burning fat/cals/ and sculpting!
I love to dance!
As a single adult I went dancing/clubing every weekend.
Just loved it.
Then I got into the "country" dancing as well.
The first DVD I got is Denise Austin: Fat-Burning Dance Mix {4 routines}
*Latin Groove *Jazz & Pop *Club Funk & *Ballet Sculpt
Can't wait ta do it! {I'll watch it first though so I won't be so lost when I'm ready to start..lol}
I'm pooped!
Boy did I get a work out cleaning/packing! I can feel it.
I also just got in from the short walk w/ZuZu.
Steps: 1,466 - 39 cals burned.
Wish I could know how many I burned with all I did today!
In 12 days I have walked a total of 14,148 Steps!
I'll be headin' for bed soon...
Not sure what all I will get done today. Between house cleaning, running here and there and shopping....surely I will burn some extra calories! Woke up one lb lighter. I was actually at 165.5 for 2 days...not sure why, probably from not eating. I ate more yesterday and now I am down to 164. OMGsh! I just love this diet! Where else do you HAVE to eat more to lose weight? Gonna try to step it up and and least make the commitment to do pilates! Yall have a great day!!
Default Checkin' In..
The past 3 days my exercise has been from spring-cleaning/packing/running up-down stairs.
I want to walk and work-out but this has taken up soooo much of my time.
It's all I can do to eat! lol {I am though!}
I only have a few days left and I'm takin' almost 2 weeks off before I start upstairs. I'll get back ta walkin' and work-outs. {Don't want ta stall!}
Weighed in today..{I'll also weigh in again tomorrow and take meaurements}
First 5 lbs. are off!
I'm sooooo glad!
