2-mile WATP again this morning. It does get me up and moving, but man, she gets on my nerves a little. What scares me more is I have most of what she'll say memorized, right down to the giggle.

2-mile WATP again this morning. I think I need to order the Ab series on DVD, if only so that I can switch it up.

Did the 2-mile WATP yesterday, and the 3-mile today. I ordered the Abs 1, 2, and 3 mile and the 4 mile super challenge.

3-mile WATP on Sunday.
2-mile WATP on Monday, Tuesday, and today.

I wonder if I should take a break? I hate to, because it's always so hard to start again, but I've been going for over 2 weeks straight now. Maybe that's not good.

Saturday morning... 3-mile WATP (Abs).

Still haven't taken a break... maybe tomorrow.

Monday and Tuesday: Forced rest days (sick)
Wednesday: 2-mile WATP (w/weights) (still sick)
Thursday: 2-mile WATP (Abs) (still sick!)

I did lose a pound when I finally stopped. I'm going to take that as a hint and take at least one (possibly two) rest days every week for awhile and see what that does.

I took yesterday off from walking, and instead did some Denise Austin thing that was on. I missed Leslie, and that's saying a lot.

Today I did the 2-mile WATP (Abs) complete with belt.
