I take 4 grams per day of mega fish oil capsules

It helps in so many ways -- it is probably easier to list ways that it does not help. My understanding is that every cell in the body uses the omega 3s from the fish oil -- and if you don't get enough -- the cells start using whatever fat is available. Like saturated and trans fat!

My understanding is -- eating a lot of saturated fat is no problem -- if you are consuming enough fish oil.
