Welcome to onederland Dillinger!!! I love this thread. I have watched a few people (including myself) cross this milestone since the start of this thread. It's SO exciting!

My weight has not budged in almost 2 weeks!!! I lost 4 lbs within the first few days on induction....and nothing since.

I know I am losing inches (2 off my waist/1 off bust and hips)...but I sooooo desperately want to see the scale go down too!

How do you handle these times?? Eat more fat???

ndelacourt.... You're doing so good, I promise you if you keep on that weight will keep coming off. You'll probably have a big "whoosh" any day now. Sometimes I up my fat intake for a few days, or I do the m & e thing for a few days. I try to switch things up so to speak and it usually starts the scale moving again. Try drinking more water maybe? I drink about a gallon a day now, I really think all the water helps flush out the pipes, lol. Don't worry... you will be in onederland soon!

I made it too! I've been weighing myself every morning, and I hit 199 yesterday and then again today. So I'm counting it as a success!

Well I am -almost- out of the TWO-Step Program and into ONEderland. I am hoping that by sometime in the middle of January I can make it down to the 180's at least.

I really don't know what to do about my stats on here I update on the 1st, 8th, 15th and the 22nd of every month. Well, as much as I didn't want to update that 9 pound gain in 2 days.... I did. I was down to 212 pounds this past Monday, the 13th, and on Wednesday, the 15th, I weighed 221. GAWD, I hate to put that in there!
My appendix was about to burst so I had to have emergency surgery Tuesday morning at 5:00 am, it came on all of a sudden. I had 4 bottles of those EVIL IV's and it was water weight, I know. Well.... this morning I was back down to 213.
My stats are going to look like a big roller coaster, I know it's going to look strange. At least the 9 pounds are almost gone, I'll update again on the 22nd.

I knew that weight would come off quickly Gee-ma! Before you know it, you'll be in onederland. I'm really worried about the holidays as I feel my willpower slipping slightly these days. While I haven't gained anything, I haven't lost either. I'm working hard to stay focused during the holiday season.
