Actually the 25th is good because it's a Saturday and my anniversary is on the 26th.

I also wanted to bring along some Cacao Nibs, just for fun. Not sweet, but quite interesting!

Organic Criolla Cacao (or Cocoa) Nibs. WAY fun mixed with dehydrated strawberry slices for a snack, or used as chocolate chips in an LC baking experiment...

Ooohhhh! Peanut butter w/ chocolate chip cookies - sounds like a real winner!! I guess I have to go back and check your store again - I didn't see cacao nibs there last time I visited but I've seen mention of them in some recipes - probably KevinPA's - an wondered where to get them.

I don't have the cocoa nibs on my site, just the SweetOne. I have a goodly supply, though, of the cocoa nibs, which I picked up on spec (KevinPA and I were chatting about them, I believe I put him onto the nibs, actually) -- just wanted to share them with you, see what y'all thought. That being said, I'm sure I can manage with 4 bags instead of 5, if you're interested in one of them, Glenda! Just PM me, if so, K?
