Saturday: 20 minutes treadmill at 6% incline and 3.5 MPH.

Today: 30 minutes treadmill at 6% incline and 3.5 MPH.

Starting to see the definition in the backs and sides of my thighs...ever so subtle, but DANG it looks good!
