Howdy...
I've always kept track of my exercise under the MyPlan tool...but never realized I could have a 'log' on this site too for people to look at and comment in/on.
I mostly walk daily (treadmill) and do some toning exercises (Callanetics - which I've been slacking on recently, but want to do several times a week.)
So, here goes. I'll recap the last week or so, and then try to keep up after this.
8-04-06 45 minutes lawn-mowing
8-05-06 45 minutes treadmill (this is the day I got the treadmill!)
8-06-06 60 minutes treadmill
8-07-06 75 minutes treadmill
8-08-06 60 minutes treadmill
8-09-06 75 minutes treadmill
8-10-06 30 minutes treadmill
8-11-06 45 minutes treadmill
8-12-06 45 minutes lawn-mowing and 60 minutes treadmill
8-13-06 80 minutes treadmill
