I've been off the wagon for a while - I hurt my knee so I can't work out and it's been downhill ever since. I'm going to restart after the long weekend Let's keep in touch

Default Looking for support buddy

Hi!
I'm in North York and looking for a support buddy to check in with regularly and declare our daily menus.
I am a busy guy as I run a service company so I really need someone to help me focus on my goal regularly so I don't get too caught up with busines and forget about the more important stuff.
M/40/TO.

I'm from TO but have lived in Bowmanville for about 20 years. I've been on this board from time to time for about a year or so and I feel 'ready' to get serious about this way of eating. I am without a doubt a carb junkie, no ifs, ands or butts( ) about it. Anyone who would like to keep in touch and support each other would be welcome and I'd love to hear from you.

Hey there, just me in Bowmanville again to say hope everything is going well for everyone in my local area. I'm doing quite well (today was tough but not because of food) and hopefully the scale will agree when I get up the nerve to get on it one of these days,,,, just not yet. I know it is finally going in the right direction I just don't want to depend on it to tell me what kind of day I am about to have or have just had. I'm about to try a new product that just had a write-up about it in Women's Day magazine. It's called Fuco-thin and it is made from brown seaweed. Suppose to be pretty good but only time will tell,,, sure is expensive though. I'll have to keep you all up to date on how it is helping, or not. Anyway enough for now. Maybe when you guys post you can add any tricks that help you. Oh and by the way,,, perpetsumi, I was looking at your journal and boy oh boy, you should buy a chicken. I love eggs too! ;>)

Default Hey Dianamite. Buying a Chicken

Eggs are great food for people on the go. Clean, neat filling and lo carbs. I eat one egg every 3 hours at work every day and it works great for me.
