Poor me. I had turkey and swiss roll ups. I got to eat them at my desk at work. All 3 of them. Yum.

Can you sense my enthusiasm? I'm glad it's the weekend and I'll have time to COOK!

We've got ripe avacadoes, some nice pieces of meat and lots of garlic-infused oil... looking forward to the rain!

Also tuna salad with cucumber slices, and a glass of full fat milk.
Dessert was low carb strawberry shortcake.

^that was my lunch...ugh...

Anyways, I feel guilty for my dinner tonight. I got one of those new Burger King Quadruple Cheeseburgers (w/o the bun). It only had 6 carbs...but still, I gelt sinful for eating it.

BBQ beef brisket slow smoked by DH (all day!) I may cook up some okra with butter and Cajun spices - or may go East Indian with green beans, butter, curry and coconut.

PS the brisket is so huge that's what we'll be eating for days!!

Rotini casserole with dreamfields. I am making it like baked ziti with ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and low carb sauce. That and a small salad.

Default Tonight's dinner...

I'm hungrier tonight than I've been in a very long time.

Ribeye steak, chicken wings, pork chops, eggs, gruyere cheese, and cream cheese.

Not sure if I can eat it all, but it's gonna be fun trying!
