Yesterday I had two sugar free "toaster tarts" (discontinued, but I have a few left). Big mistake. I was so hungry still. So today I did 3 fried eggs and that filled me up better. After my weight training I'm going to have a strawberry Atkins shake.

Yesterday I put a scoop of sugar-free hot cocoa in my coffee (it's my Saturday treat), and today I just had regular black coffee.

I have been terrible about breakfast lately. Coffee with heavy cream and splenda, and that's it.
