Unhappy

I had 2 strips of bacon and deviled eggs (again!) I'm getting sick of eggs. I mean really sick of them. I used to love them, but now I am starting to despise them.

I need to start eating non-breakfast food, for breakfast.

One-fourth of an Aidell spicy sausage but then realized my appetite was blunted because of ketosis, so I stopped eating. Not sure when I'll have an appetite again....

yeah, i feel you. try taking one day off of eggs and then have them again the next day. makes it more palatable for me. my appetite has diminished so much that i can have coffee or tea with whole cream first thing in the morning, and then a little bit of left overs from the night before and be just fine until lunch. the whole egg thing can be toooooo much.

Hey mike_d, how do you make pickled greens? I am intrigued...I think they sound yummy.

had another morning of 1 atkins bar and coffee and cream. I felt so yucky this am. These new Bp pills are kicking my butt. I've always been a gal that is always up and running. I now feel like I am pushing a wall out of my way. Just get pooped to fast.

Thanks Surrealist. I'm going to try and not have any for a few days. I may just miss them!

Its hard because I know they are the perfect food for any weight loss plan.

I was in such a rush I forgot to eat. I was at a school "thing" and no no-carb food in sight. My stomache was growling so loud, they had to ask me to move to the back of the classroom

well you're welcome. i'm muddling through, just like everyone else...best to make it as pleasurable as possible, right? though i did hard-boil some eggs today because for some reason they strike me as vastly different from the fried kind...almost like eating a totally different food. i'll take what i can get while on induction!

I had leftover minced steak, mushroom and spinach sautee. I haven't had ONE egg since I started Atkins again...I usually stick to meat and salads. But I AM staring M&E experiment starting Monday for 3 days...THEN I'll be sick of eggs!
