well, i went one day off eggs and then found them much more palatable this morning, so i had about three with some bacon. it was yum. maybe the key is balance and variety. go figure!
I had a slim fast low carb shake in Chocolate only 2 grams and a balance bar low carb bar only 3 grams. I had to run around this morning so I just didn't have the time to cook.
i had two scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese, two pieces of flax toast, and a cup of coffee with cream and sweetzfree in it and split a bowl muffin with my son midafternoon.
This week I have been having ham and cheese rollups with a 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes.
I think I will make some cheese/flax 'muffins' at the weekend for next week's breakfasts.
