MissSherry: Please tell me in your recipe for Banana Nut Custard, what is the measurement for the cream and water. It just says 1/4. Is that a cup, tsp or Tbsp? Thank you.

Oh my gosh....I am soooo making a custard tonight. Well, maybe a few different ones, I have a many ramikens, so I can make a variety so that we can decide which ones we like the best.

THanks so much for the variety of recipes.

I have been reading over your recipes and I notice you are using sweetzfree, is this better than splenda? Worth the money? I had not read about this product yet.

I have all of these placed in a word program so I don't lose them and once it is not 100 deg outside, I am going to cook many of them up.
Thanks

Magnamater:

French Toast Custard
2 eggs
1 oz very soft cream cheese
1/4 cup warm cream
1/4 cup warm water
1t vanilla
1t maple extract
5 drops sweetzfree

Mix well and bake covered in a water bath at 350 for 30 minutes. Chill
Tastes like french toast custard...
