My calves were still sore from Friday, so no rides over the weekend. I tried last night, but a 17 mph headwind in 20F temps was just too cold!

Morning workout today is the updated "usual"
chin ups 22
sit ups 128
pull ups 22
push ups 70! (we'll SEE if I can do THIS again. My heart is POUNDING in my chest.)

Rode 22.4 miles with Frank this morning. It was 20F, and headwinds at 10 mph. Brrr! Climbed 1,000'. Burned 1025 cals

Felt well enough to ride a little tonight, so I did 10 miles. It was around 40F and not windy. After 3 miles, I was pretty warmed up and comfy.

The usual workout. Will ride tonight if no rain.

Great weather! 63F to start, 55F at the end. No wind, no rain. Did 20 miles after work, and climbed 1200'

Pull & chin ups: 22 each
sit ups: 128( 1/2 reg, 1/2 criss cross)

Usual workout, plus a couple of added chin ups. Now 24 of those.

Upping the 1st exercise of the day made the others more work, but work is okay.

Didn't feel like a workout, so will do it tomorrow AM instead. Did 15 miles of hills on the bike after work though. Felt great!

chin ups- 24
sit ups - 132
pull ups - 22
push ups - 70

Rode 63.4 miles today. Took 4:28, burned 3,030 cals. Windy and cold!
