Upped my sit ups to 120

Chin and pull ups 21 each
sit ups 120
push ups 60

Didn't "feel" like a work out today, but started anyway. Almost right away, it felt better.

20 & 20 on chin & pull ups
120 sit ups
62 push ups (new max!)

Usual workout this morning, except a couple of extra pushups but only 90 situps.

Then 42.5 miles and 1052' of hills on a bicycle (1,950 cals +/-)

Usual workout with usual # of sit ups! couple of extra pushups. Felt pretty good today.

New workout #s for today

chin ups 22
pull ups 20
sit ups 124
pushups 63 (muscle fail! hard to up get off the floor!)

Tonight: 22 miles on the bike and 1,250' of climb. Felt colder than it was being damp and breezy. Double layered the wool.

23 miles, 1357' of climb. 13.7 mph. Breaking in a new saddle (from Ebay). deferred my workout until tomorrow.

stomach muscles really squawked today so only 84 situps.

pull ups 20
chin ups 22
push ups 64

This afternoon, did 47.6 mi with a buddy. 15 mph headwinds and 2,800+ ft of hills to climb. Good workout!

working my way back up on sit ups. Not as sore today, so did 114.

The usual workout for the rest. Hope to take a relaxer ride after church.
