hi I would like to get in on the exercise challenge. I just got an elliptical machine about a month ago. I have been using it 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes. I don't have a lot of free time, but i know if I made exercise a priority I could fit it in every day. I never exercise in the evening, I don't know why I feel like I shouldn't. I think I will break that and go do the ellip for 20 minutes tonight. Thanks for the inspiration! Sara

Welcome,Sara
It's funny but this thread is a BIG inspiration for me.I had been walking a few times a week for about a month or so.Then I started the first round, determined to get thru 7 days.I am now beginning my 5 th week of exercising everyday.
I don't like exercise in the evening either,so I make it a priority to get in done in the morning, before I do anything else.

Anyway welcome !!! and Good luck ......Stacy

Hi Stacy, thanks for the nice welcome. Exercise went good last night. I did the ellip for 21 minutes. I have my ellip machine out in the garage. I have a tv out there to watch while I do it. As far as exercise goes it is very pleasant. An obsticle that I have to getting the exercise is my 2.10 month old (needs constant supervision). My husband is not always willing to give me a break. Well regardless of difficulties, I think this exercise 7 days a week challenge will give me the motivation needed to find a way to get in at least 20 minutes of exercise a day.

Have a great day! Sara

I got my exercise in Sun and Mon as well. Only 20 min on the ellip. I will think about upping it over the summer when I will have more time (summers off-teacher). Keep up the good work everyone! Sara

Hi All,

I'm back! Nashville and seeing the in-laws was great, but it was a tough weekend for a lowcarber! I think I did okay, the best I could, anyhow.

Today, back on "the wagon" and determined. It's monday, I did 21 minutes on the ellip, and I will do it EVERY day this week, no if's and's or but's. I want to see the scale and the tape measure move in the right direction this week! I want to change my current weight on this site for the lesser! So, every day. Each and every day.

Welcome, Sara! You're the fourth to join - we've got our own cyber-curves going now!!!
Chris
