I'm at a hotel in Tampa and still worked out last night - I'm proud of myself. Also no smoking since saturday morning. It *is* getting easier every day. I wouldn't have believed it after 14 years of smoking...

So last night did 15 minutes of hardcore treadmill (3.5 mph, uphill of 4,5,6) and then some biking. The ellip was in use - I hope to get to it myself tonight. I'll try to post every day this week. I'm also happy to be away from my scale for a few days - I think there could be a payoff weigh on Saturday morning!!!

28 minutes on the treadmill yesterday afternoon. Only 3.2 per hour, but level 6 hill the whole time! Have a good one!

Another 30 minute walk with my neighbor,off to watch THE BIGGEST LOSER..... I am beat !!! Talk tommorow.

yesterday I skipped working out to go to the beach. It was fun. I'll be back on the treadmill today after work....

Tampa is awesome, the weather is great. I am homesick though....

I did another 30 minute walk this morning.I still feel like I am dragging bricks but,I did it !!!

PS 20 days of exercise in a row here WOOHOO !!!! I thank you again for starting this thread,it has become really important for me.

Morning 10 minute walk briskly,then a 20 minute bike ride with my kids.

21 days....exercise everyday wow I can't believe I did it !!!

Stacy, you're incredible! I proposed this challenge and have yet to go 7 contiguous days. But I'm back home and "back on the horse" so to speak. Today I did 20/31 and I'll look to increase that back to my high of 26/35 tomorrow. A week from tomorrow my goal will be 30/40. I did the last six minutes today on resistance 2 so that's another improvement!

The other thing I noticed. I only worked out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (mon-tues on treadmill) and I measured myself this morning. My official is tomorrow but unless I get visited by the "whoosh fairy" I only lost 1.5 inches this week - and 0 from tummy or hips. So this week I'm determined to do 6 days out of 7 and see what I lose measurement wise. I think I'm going to stop focusing on my weight and go more for inch loss - if I can - I'm pretty tied to my weight and getting to "onederland." I hope I can this month!

28/37!!!! I'm already pretty close to next Sunday's goal of 30/40! I did some on resistance 2 today, once I get to 30/40 I'll start building that up.

The plan for this week - 6 days. I'll take Wednesday off of working out, as I have a 5:00 appointment.

Turns out from today's measure I *gained* 1.5 inches, but total loss for the week was 2 pounds. I can see what Eva's saying about inches versus pounds - I want those inches!!!

Hey,Chris just updating my 22nd day of exercise !!!! WOW, I feel so proud about that !!! Anyway,I walked this morning for about 35 minutes.Other then that I was a bit lazy today.Went to the pool,got a tan and came home and took a nap.Looking forward to getting some serious exercise in this week.

HIYA Ms.Pink I think the more the merrier !!! I believe today starts another round of 7 days !!!! WELCOME
