Stacy, you're incredible! I proposed this challenge and have yet to go 7 contiguous days. But I'm back home and "back on the horse" so to speak. Today I did 20/31 and I'll look to increase that back to my high of 26/35 tomorrow. A week from tomorrow my goal will be 30/40. I did the last six minutes today on resistance 2 so that's another improvement!
The other thing I noticed. I only worked out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (mon-tues on treadmill) and I measured myself this morning. My official is tomorrow but unless I get visited by the "whoosh fairy" I only lost 1.5 inches this week - and 0 from tummy or hips. So this week I'm determined to do 6 days out of 7 and see what I lose measurement wise. I think I'm going to stop focusing on my weight and go more for inch loss - if I can - I'm pretty tied to my weight and getting to "onederland." I hope I can this month!
