Now that's fantastic progress!!!! Way to go, you gotta feel better for losing that weight right?! The tiredness will definatly go in time, I had induction flu when I first started out, but it went within the first few weeks!
Good luck to you - you're doing really well

That's great, I weigh in today also.

If your still nervous about adding in even more calories (which I do suggest even now), read up on ketosis and the role fats metabolism plays in our bodies while under nearly carbohydrate-fasting mode. It makes a lot of sense, and hopefully you'll understand that, with an intake of very few carbs (like 20 or so for induction) it is practically impossible for the body to pack on any weight as fat. Water's a whole nother story...but water comes off easily.

Congrats again for your super loss!!!

Good luck to everyone else too, when I get the hang of all this I will have a look at your journals.

Pigeon, that's great! Now THAT is something to be happy about!

Thanks guys and girls

You have really helped me through that first week. I am onto the second week now and I feel a bit more confident about the plan. I just never want to return to my old way of eating. I dont feel stodgy anymore even though I am still big. I am enjoying concocting different recipes. I never used to cook before starting this WOE, everything would be processed and pre-packed. Now everything is fresh.

I wish you all good luck in your quests for happiness and health too.
