Thats how I felt... I just really want to meet my goal by June. I have really, really been having a hard time staying on the diet anyway. I've even been considering others just because i am having so much trouble staying motivated.

if you fall off the wagon you can always just start over or if it was only for a day or two you can just pick up where you left off.

Thanks for the help guys. I went shopping this afternoon and I shall get back on the horse tomorrow.

I don't know how much time you all have but i always seem to be in a hurry (esp. before class in the am) and i need something in my stomache in a hurry. I was wondering, what would happen if I replaced two meals a day with the Atkins brand low carb shakes? On the back if the can it says that they are induction safe and are also realitivly low in calories too. I thought that plus a good dinner and maybe a few pork puffs for a snack would be really easy and it seems- don't quote me on this- you'd lose weight faster. Let me know what you think.

i deffinately wouldnt at leas fr induction... or if you have to do it just for one meal... you dont wanna go to low in calories or you wont lose weight and you will mess up your metabolism. Just REALLY try to do 2 weeks of clean induction dont worry about calories, just eat until you are comfortably full, and then maybe start adding the shakes in for a snack if you get a craving... but the cravings really arent there after about 3 weeks, at least for me.

good luck!

Well, I failed to start low carb again today. I got a bad grade in school which wouldnt be a big deal but my major requires a 3.7 GPA. I felt so crappy about it that I went home and straight for the comfort food. I had a few pieces of toast with cinnamon and sugar and I just felt worse. Ahhhhh.

i know its so hard to get back on track... im sorry about your grade... maybe go out tonight for dinner and get whatever you want, but you have to promise yourself that you will start tomorrow, be stronger than those foods! I know you can do it!!!

I promise to start tomorrow. I can do it, its not that hard. I just have to keep in find that nothing tastes as good as feeling good about yourself feels... food is food, it's just not worth it.

Today I was looking at bathing suits and I found the most perfect, outrageously priced bikini ever. I plan on getting it and hanging it up in the kitchen beside the cabinet where all the bad but oh so good foods are kept just as a little reminder of how soon June is comming. By the 19th of June, I WILL be able to wear my perfect bikini AND actually look hot.

Thanks for the help... I don't know where I'd be without it.

anytime maybe do it my way... give yourself a cheat meal or cheat day (no longer) every 3 weeks or so... it helps me to know that I dont have to give up my favorite treats forever. I cant wait... my free day is on saturday!!

I think I will do that after I loose at least half of the weight that I want to lose. So once I reach 120 or so I'll start having a cheat day. I think just keeping that in mind will be a little bit of motivation.

So far so good today! I had to have a Low Carb shake for breakfast and for lunch I had pork puffs. Tonight my boyfriends mom is making us (he's doing low carb too) LC taco salad. Should be good!

Anyway, more on the cheat day- how long do you think it will take to lose 20 lbs? Haha.
