Good for all of you, you're all thinking now of ways to avoid having to cheat or eat things you shouldn't, and that's fantastic!!
Especially you naomi - well done for resisting it when it's right there infront of your face, I'm wih judy, sling him out and tell him to go eat them in the garden! lol

Suze, I would do as judy suggests, you can take things you can eat - how about a handful of nuts to take along with you or a punnet of cherry tomatoes, that way you can stave off your appetite without having to munch on illegal things.
Don't break into the illegal stuff if you can avoid it.
xx

We don't break into the illegal stuff "when we plan ahead" and are not trying to make excuses for eating off plan.

I'm going to start giving wedgies!!

Be very careful Hazel!! Do not bounce high...just a little to start with as you practice and get the feel of it. It can be dangerous if you try to jump too high.

Have fun!!

Hello everyone,
Day one for me today. SO far so good, but I already had this thought why do I have to start today, why don't I just binge two more days and then start on monday. I always do that, but it will be a change for a while. I said to mysel that today means today.
I am going to do it one day at a time.

Hi everyone,
I made it through the cravings!! Woo Hoo!! I am very proud of myself. I have to admit I am getting anxious to know what my weight is. Hubby has it hidden really good this time. You all will be so proud of me. Well, my friend calls me up and asks if I want to come over and eat eggrolls and I told her no thank you because I have my weigh in tomorrow and I dont want to ruin all of my efforts and she was totally cool with it! Hazel, my weigh ins are tomorrow so I will post my weight on the babes thread tomorrow since the scale gets hidden after weigh in. I am going over to her house for game night but am not going to drink. I know it will be hard but I can do this.

Eacoy-You'll do just fine today
Judy-Thanks so much for the support and advice I definately dont want a wedgie
Sherry-Aww Thanx for the support.
hazel-Have fun with your new toy. Lucky you for having something to give you a black eye
Yana-I'm so happy that you're starting today and not letting your destructive self talk get the best of you.
Joan-Woo Hoo!! Week 2 here we come!!!

Nice to see you back Yana! Here's to a brand new year, and a new weight for you

I am not particularly looking forward to weigh in on monday becasue I have the heaviest TOM and my weight shot up a few lbs because of it, However, I am pleased that I started this thread because it is definately keeping me on track!

Good luck with your sundays people - be good - and weigh in will reward you

Well I'm a D - have always had big bazookas - much to DH's delight! He was quite dissapointed when I started to lose weight as that was one of the first things to begin to decrease in size! I hope they don't do me an injury - that'd be a bit embarassing to explain at the ER!

Thanks Judy, Yes I went and brought the Lunchable, I however only ate the meat and the Cheese and the SF Jello, I left the Wraps at home for DH to eat. I also brought the Cottage cheese, some Walnuts and I didn't even think about bringing a salad. I however brought some hummus and Celery. and some extra 2% cheddar cheese. Thanks again for your reply. I know I have been doing it long enough, but I must admit I was in a hurry and didn't think about a lot of things.
