Everybody is not as lucky as you are Sherry. Although clicking a few buttons and having somebody bring them to my front door for cheaper than I can buy them locally is a pretty lucky deal IMHO.

Well I live in a tiny mountain town with one grocery, so online is the way to go for me, and the cold packs are not too expensive so keep my goodies from melting.

I'm definitely in a rural area - it'd be 40 minutes one way to buy the bars at the closest Albertson's. With gas being what it is, I have noticed I'm sticking closer to home than I used to - hate to reach into my wallet anymore than I need to, I guess.
Anytime I head for the big city (Portland, OR), my wife and I stock up on those things not so available locally.

Can't find any here but then we're a small rural area too. I order everything. I did take the ice packs to protect the chocolate but I did not do the faster shipping. I ordered Tueday morning and it's suppoe to be here Friday according to UPS so that should be fine.

I like the ice packs though, they are great to use when we travel and picnic, also I keep some in the frigde because they are great for my grandsons bumps and bruises, and flexible, too, to wrap around a knee or ankle.

Oh WOW I have nothing against buying online. But for me it is cheaper because I literally drive 3 miles in 2 directions I can get them. I am lucky where I live though because I can get just about anything locally (though we are actually rural).... For me the extra shipping and cold packs add up ($15.00 added to my order cold packs and 2nd day UPS air) and that is equal to about 115 miles (2.60 for gas gets me 5.7 gallons).

I do buy a lot from them (awaiting an order for syrups) but not meltables in FL and when I can drive to get them...

I agree MissSherry. I had ordered 5 bags last year with cold pack and they still came with three bags melted. WinnDixie is 3 minute drive from me so if they sell it locally it would be nice. LOL, but Im moving in 2 weeks so it would be pointless huh?

Darn, I just got my order from Netrition yesterday! If I had only seen this a few days ago. Oh well, at least now I know I can use the 1 bag I have left, and be able to order more. Maybe I can hold out until the weather gets cooler, so I don't end up paying extra for shipping it. Gad, that's going to be a while.

I paid 2.95 extra for the cold packs for mine, that wasn't horrible, besides I usually order a lot of davinchi syrups, and with the weight of them, I know they are losing money on shipping to me, I keep almost all of the flavors on hand, they get me through the worst cravings, sometimes i just mix whatever flavor I am craving with seltzer to make an italian soda, no carbs or calories, and it gets me through.

For me they recommend 2 day air though which adds to the cost. I understand their issues and if I could not get them local I would probably pay. I am glad I don't have too

I just got my choc chips yest and immediately put them in the fridge and today checked and they are fine. I was concerned when I saw the ice packs melted and it was pretty hot in the box. Glad I ordered 4 packs--that'll have to do me till fall.

I normally place my orders Monday before 4pm and with netritions great shipping I have my orders on my doorstep by 10am Wednesday. I alway accept the cold packs when they suggest them and in 2 years I have never recieved anything that was melted.

Mine takes a day longer for delivery than yours--mine was shipped Tues and I got it Friday afternoon (our UPS deliveries don't come till around 2-3pm).
