O.K, how about the cross train x-press that is on video. I have those and it's pretty good and not to hard. it's 30 min. of cardio followed by one upper body part and then abs. I have the whole set. Interval max is another good long cardio workout and the moves are not hard, but they can get intense. I can't recommend the step tapes because as long as I've had them I'm still uncoordinated!!!
