30 minutes upper/lower body strength training --abbreviated workout because I'm feeling really fatigued today.
20 minute cardio on the lifecycle levels 3, 5, and 7.

I know, I know...hanging my head in shame! But I just can't stand going to the gym right now. It's WAY too crowded with people who don't understand gym etiquette. They don't wipe down the machines after using them and they don't follow the rules. I'm going to probably wait about 4 weeks before I go back.

Meanwhile, I'll speed up my morning and afternoon walks and count those as exercise (which I've always done, but never counted) and I will do some strength training and pilates work at home occasionally.

I have a very busy schedule right now, I know that's no excuse, but atleast I'm eating right so cut me some slack!!
