Okay it looks like Kahlua and Cookie Dough Syrups are going in my cart and I had totally forgotten that i want to pick up some of the ketchup and the Carb Options BBQ sauce (which i have had before and is delicious on burgers eh?) Also, I think i may need the eggnog syrup since the holiday season is coming!!

Thank you guys!

Yeah, I'm already past my two weeks, but I usually keep on induction the whole time. It's easier for me to stay disciplined. The other time's I've stopped and restarted I never NEVER saw results like this this quickly with exception to when I started at 242 and I lost 27 lbs in the first three weeks. But I was so much heavier then. How I'm losing this fast now is beyond me.

If you are still on induction and started recently, that explains the high weight loss. It will slow down but don't be discouraged when it does. Just keep chugging along and you will see results!

Hi Ladies!
Great idea to start a thread like this! I'm 23, and like many others here, could care how much I weigh-I just wanna look good in my 8's and be muscular. When I get to that point, who cares what the scales says!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Seanna

Hey Seanna!! Good to see you here....I totally understnad what you mean about just being able to fit into 8's. I just want to look good in something bought from Abercrombie or something...haha...not to sound too superficial or anything

Bye girls....I hope everyone had a good weekend!!

I agree, the scale isn't important. It's just an arbitrary number. My goal is to get rid of my love handles.

What is everyone else's goal?

Hey Everyone!
Hope you all had a great weekend!! I ate well.........on Sunday anyway! I hear ya, it would be so nice to wear something from DEB, Old Navy, or something along that line. I'm really looking forward to the day when I can go into one of those stores and pick up an 8 and go "these will fit, because I lost my butt a few months ago."

The weight loss is slowing down and I need to drop a size by the end of Dec. to reach my goal. I just need to really hit the gym hard for the next few weeks. I cheated 2 times in the past month and that's not going to help either. Someone kick my ass!
