Just open MyPlan, select "New recipe" from the left-hand column, then enter the recipe and individual ingredients. That will give you a total for the whole recipe. Then divide it by the number of servings.
I calculated the recipe without the veggies, using 6 eggs, 1/2 bacon and 6oz cheddar. It came to
4.5g carb 144g protein 122g fat 0 fibre 1700 calories
If you split the recipe into 7 portions, they'll be well under a gram of carbs each, and approximately 242 calories.
Adding a small onion to the recipe would add 1g carbs each, and adding a small red pepper would add 0.5g carb each.
I'd probably add seasoning and cream to the recipe to give it a better texture and flavour.
