Day 22
I went for a walk/jog with our dog "Rocky" and it wasn't too bad; first time I went by myself with him around the trail, he listened.
When I got back, I went for a bike ride since we went pretty quick around the trail. Bike ride was awesome; the wind was blowing so I had to pedal hard. I could feel the burn in my legs.
Walk/Jog - 35 minutes = 3 Miles
Bike Ride - 15 (?) minutes = 2.5 Miles

Day 1 - AFTERNOON BIKE RIDE
Afternoon Bike Ride - 30-35 = 6.5-7 Miles
I'm going to check the distance tomorrow to make sure I'm accurate. I did 5 miles then I went down a different road in the subdivision that is either 1.5 miles or 2. If it's less or more I will correct the distance that I have to go.
MILEAGE IS 6.7

Day 7-10, Day 11-13
Day 7, 8, 9 and 10 - NO WORKOUT!! Tues. March 11 - 2.5 mile bike ride with DH
Wed. March 12 - 2.5 mile walk with our dog Rocky; he was being a pain.
Thurs. March 13 - 2.5 mile walk with our dog Rocky; he was much better.
