Hi...I'm Suzan from Nanaimo. Just getting back onto the forum after taking the Summer off. But, I am pleased to say that although I didn't stick on the plan perfectly (had to enjoy all that yummy Summer fruit and the odd ice cream cone) I kept all 41 lbs. off. I was happy to see this. I remember way back when I lost over 100 lbs. at the Diet Centre that as soon as I would eat the tiniest thing off the plan I would be sick (out all ends) and the weight didn't stay off. To me that says my body isn't shocked when I eat different foods...just stays on an even kill, unlike the Diet Centre plan that I was on.

Anyway, good to see all the BC'ers around.

Hi, I'm writing an article about the low carb community for the North Shore Times (a new newspaper that's coming out in October). I'm particularly interested about the problems of getting low carb products in Canada. Are there groups making low carb runs to the US together?

Just checking in from Victoria. I am really surprised by how many BC'ers there are here!!! Maybe if we all band together we can get some more local stores to carry LC stuff at decent prices.
