Anyone have a connection with a Vegas hotel?

So far we have one person who is willing to be a speaker.

I am just starting to research places, is everyone still interested? I need to guess how many people are interested in going. Any thoughts anyone? Are we looking at 25 or 100 or 1000?

Speak up, don't be shy, it really effects the pricing. The more we have the cheaper it will be.

OK, the best rates I have found so far is Oct 1st - 5th, a Sun -Thursday. (2006) the sooner we book, we can lock in at that price.

The rooms would be $60.00 per night and additional cost for a meeting room rental from 8am -5pm for $300 - $400 depending on size.

It is just off the strip, much better prices that way. Take a look and let me know what you think.
