I am so determined that I'm gonna kick some butt. LOL!

(Am I allowed to say that? Please don't turn me in to the forum police!)

Oh, and I started a Gym Journal. Did you all see that they have those too? I'm so psyched up!

I used to have a gymlog, but it just got to much for me so I am posting in my journal what I would in my gymlog, too.

Aw, thanks Susan!

Yeah, I'm wondering how long I'll keep up two journals. Day-by-day I take my life.

Okay gals today has been an emotional rollercoaster for me... Surprise suprise huh? Anyways, I did do some exercise and my spirits are much better. I walked for 20 minutes, 1 mile, burned 127 regular calories and 39 fat calories... Trying to get back into the swing of things

Post Checking In

[X-post from gym journal]

I rested on Sunday literally! Sore body parts! lol!

Today, I worked in my garden & worked in the garage cleaning it out which I broke an awesome sweat. So, I am definitely counting on that being my exercise today! Tomorrow weights with lower legs & cardio with "Walk Away the Pounds".

Well, I just got done doing the bowflex(see gym log for exercises) and I feel all buff and stuff right now Well, no not really but my arms do feel like spaghetti. This poor bad is out of shape. I also took the dogs for a twenty min walk. I am going to try and do more strength building and less cardio. Susan inspired me

oh your so sweet Pete
I never thought of me beeing an Inspirational kind a gal
Ok, yesterday was Cardio for me, since I am unable to run or jog lately I am doing more than my usual 20 minutes. I am using the Walk away the lbs for abs tape 3 mile version which runs about 43 minutes. Today is Leg day and I cannot wait to do it. I decided I need to up my weights on the squats, because I cannot feel the burn anymore. I just whish I would be able to go to a gym to do my legs because I feel unchallenged doing them at home with the little equipment I have.

Ok ladies, I've fallen off the exercise wagon this week, who wants to kick me in the butt?
DH & I are going back tomorrow nite-- there was just too much going on this weekend to fit it in.
So, I should have a positive report tomorrow nite.

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical last night at the gym. We have these cool personal TVs and I was watching reruns of America's Top Model on VH1.

All I have to say, is those girls are sooo skinny. There was one girl who lost like 50 # before she got on the show, and they were still commenting on her not having "the body" for modeling, it made me kinda sick. The girl was Gorgeous, Audrey Hepburn-like.

Anyhow I managed to have a good workout.

Hope all is well.
Nic
