Vegetable juice is okay, I know in the book it said tomato juice, but I'm sure other kinds (exceptfor carrot) would be okay.
I just got back from Curves, and had a great workout and got ALL my water in!!! I weighed, measured and got BF% today-- I lost 1.2% body fat and 3 inches :-) I'm pretty excited!!!
"Treated" myself to juevo rancheros... It's my favorite dish.... Eggs, pinto beans mashed with olive oil and spices, cooked spinach, hot sauce, and RF sour cream :-) Only thing missing is salsa, but I didn't have any nor feel like whipping it up.
