Okay, my exercise sucks! I have to get a plan here.

Mornings are going to be hard since I have to get up
at 6:45 and leave at 7:15 to make sure I get to work
on time (early). I have dedicated myself to that.

With daylight savings time coming up, it will be hard
to get up earlier cause that hour is a beast! However
if I can start getting up at 6:00 and running and then
get dressed and leave I think I can handle that.

Mind over matter, I know running will help to tone
my legs and lose all over.

Maybe this schedule starting tomorrow:

Monday: Gym after work: Arms and Abs & Podcast run (30 minutes)
Tuesday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges - 40
Wednesday: Gym after work: Arms and Abs & Podcast run (30 minutes)
Thursday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges -40
Friday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges - 40
Saturday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Abs (Dance)
Sunday: Pilates (or Dance)

This schedule is not that hard, if I focus. I have to get serious!

Okay we will see what I can do about exercise,
with no energy. I am going to start taking Hydroxycut
to help and make sure I am taking my vitamins.

I am ready to see a change in my dicipline, for food and exercise.

Okay,

This morning I got up at 5:45 and got on the treadmill
at 6:00. I was able to do 15 minutes of my 30 minute podcast
from Couch to 5K! I did a mile! I also did 20 real military situps
that was so hard!! I have to work up to running the whole podcast.

So today that is:

Friday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
20:15 minutes, 1.15 miles, 190 calories, 59.5 fat calories
25 military sit ups


The guy says to do it 3 days with rest in between,
however I want to run everyday and somedays 2 times a day so
I will do this plan and hopefully stick to it:

Monday: Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Evening - Podcast 30 minutes

Tuesday: Morning - Podcast 30 minutes

Wednesday:Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Evening - Podcast 30 minutes

Thursday:Morning - Podcast 30 minutes

Okay,

Didn't run when I got home because I went to the salon
and did a little shopping. Was determined to run this
morning and I did! Working towards a full 30 minutes of the Podcast run.
I got up and ran at 11:30 this morning and went 20 minutes.
Did pretty good. Feel great! Am down 1.5 pounds, will be sticking to my
diet today, am going to eat some eggs after my situps!

So today that is:

Saturday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
20:09 minutes, 1.18 miles, 193 calories, 60.4 fat calories
25 military sit ups

Did my measurements this morning:

Bust: 43 (Breast and back)
