Working my way up to 25 MINUTES 2.5 MILES THIS WEEK!
Went to the gym and feel good.

Thursday: .75 mile, 15 minutes, 125 calories / Arms: Shoulders up (25 pounds) Pull Downs (60 pounds) 3 sets of 12 each / Back: Pull backs 2 types (35 pounds) 3 sets of 12 each / Legs: Hip Aductors 100 pounds 3 sets of 12

Well the cyst has had me begging for energy but I said
I will commit to running at least once a day. I am back
to trying to get to 7 miles in 1 hour, starting over today.
I will be at the gym tonight on the way home from work.
I am looking forward to seeing a change in weight.

I couldn't run yesterday had to take Mo
home and I am resting tonight, but I haven't
forgotten my goals and will be 5 pounds down.

I have been so tired!! But I am going to
defeat it today! Mind over matter!
I miss J so much and have been trippin!
I actually was considering selling my
house and moving back into the
apartment because since I bought
the house I have been having money
problems. I know it's not real, and
the Lord blessed me with my home and
will keep me there safe and I KNOW that!
TOM is coming so I think that is why I am
so emotional.

Still worn out. I know it is part
of this diet I am on. I will be tired
for at least a few more days. I have
been staying on track. I will rest until
Wednesday and get back in the gym
on Thursday. By then I know I will be
reenergized and used to this way of
total eating again. I took my iron and
multi-vitamin last night so I am on the
right track!

Still worn out. Found out that my
Blood is at a 10 when it should be
15, so I am still anemic. I have
been taking my iron pills since Monday
so I should be seeing a rise in energy
from that and me getting used to being
back on diet track. I haven't cheated
so I hope to see a loss on my
unofficial weigh in tomorrow. And officially
Monday. My work out week starts over
tomorrow and I plan on being in the gym
or on the treadmill in the morning. I have
to get used to the school schedule that
will make me work out in the A.M on Tuesdays
and Thursdays and some Wednesdays. I am ready!

straight to bed. Got up just in time
