A tub of cake frosting!
An entire cake!
A box of powdered sugar!
2 large pizzas and a half gallon of apple juice!

And that was before smoking a couple of joints
I am so lucky to be alive!

One of those LARGE Cadbury Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Bars, (I am talking the really big ones) I still have one hiding in my drawer in the bedroom.

Mint chocolate chip ice cream with hot melted Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.

Chocolate chip, peanut butter oatmeal cookies, warm.

Oreos dipped in milk, where you would have to stick your finger in the bottom of the glass to get the cookie out!

Dip potatoe chips with green onion dip, The Whole BAG.

That will do it!!!!

Default Pizza..

Pepparoni Pizza, garlic bread and Ben and Jerry's Phish food would be my big cheat but not until I have gone below 150. For a treat.
And being a Brit I another tempation would be a good Indian take away with both rice and nan bread!!!

Heh I used to make my own version of dhal puri but without the dahl...instead I would boil potatoes like crazy and pureee them with chicken broth, onions, curry, cinnamon and then pour this curry "gravy" over rice, THEN add dahl (chick peas) on top! Talk about CARB HEAVEN!

Ok here's my confession: I had a giant chocolate creme filled egg, a sleeve of girl scout cookies, and several bowls of chocolate cereal with milk for lunch. This binge was triggered by a small banana eaten without protein.

It was a wakeup call that I am addicted to carbs and I needed to re-read Atkins and start not tomorrow, but the very next meal!
