Hey all I did a 3 mile workout tonight and I feel great. Beans is it possible to change my workout goal to working out 6 times a week instead of the miles? I'm thinking I might get Bord with just the WATP workouts for the next 3 weeks. Plus I just found out Netflix has some new workout DVDs that I might want to try.

So much optimism and hope in here!

OK.. I'm in.. now all I have to do is figure out a GOAL!

I saw Becki was exercising... if setting a goal can do THAT... I've GOT to be in..

...hmm... water goals... I'm already pretty good at exercising... but maybe x crunches/day.. food goals... I'll figure out SOMETHING.

Hi everyone, is it too late to join in??

I want to challenge myself to get on my step and do one workout a day till xmas to see if I can shed some of these pesky lbs!
Also to drink at least 60floz water - I have only been getting in about 20floz EEEK!!!

So can i come in please ?

I did a 25 minute Core Program this morning along with about 10 minutes of yoga (the yoga was an added bonus!). I've lost 2 lbs since my last weigh in, so the wheels are definitely beginning to turn!

1. exercise- walked and shopped for 2 hours...I will take that = to 30 minutes on the dreadmill as I am physically challenged

2. Water=64 oz

3. carbs=21

Happy Tuesday everyone! Water....I was floating yesterday. already had 48 ounces so far today....prolly won't get exercise in but we will see. off to xmas shop...anyone want to do it for me?
