Hey all I did a 3 mile workout tonight and I feel great. Beans is it possible to change my workout goal to working out 6 times a week instead of the miles? I'm thinking I might get Bord with just the WATP workouts for the next 3 weeks. Plus I just found out Netflix has some new workout DVDs that I might want to try.

I want to challenge myself to get on my step and do one workout a day till xmas to see if I can shed some of these pesky lbs!
Also to drink at least 60floz water - I have only been getting in about 20floz EEEK!!!
I did a 25 minute Core Program this morning along with about 10 minutes of yoga (the yoga was an added bonus!). I've lost 2 lbs since my last weigh in, so the wheels are definitely beginning to turn!
